Are you a landlord? If you are you need a landlord gas safety certificate

As a landlord you must have all gas appliances regularly serviced by law. If you are renting out a property you must be able to supply your tennants with a gas safety certificate. We will check all the gas applainces in the property including gas boilers, gas fires and cookers. Our Gas Safe registered engineers will provide you with a Gas Safety Record once all checks are complete.
